Marketing and Admin Coordinator

This is a Work From Home position. 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Managing the company's CRM system, Interaction, including data quality, marketing lists, reports, activities, etc.
  • Assistance with a variety of external marketing events and webinars, such as live seminars, online programs, client appreciation events, client entertainment events, and internal events.
  • Assistance with brochures, presentations, marketing materials, Websites, Website copy, blogs, email marketing campaigns, and other creative projects.
  • Assistance with various PR and media relations projects, including award submissions, press releases, and pitches
  • Extensive interaction with a wide variety of internal and external clients, business partners, and vendors
  • Assist executive with daily tasks, email, scheduling, and other admin support functions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, advertising, or related field preferred
  • 3-5 years prior experience
  • Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint preferred
  • Experince in MailChimp email campaigns preferred
  • Ability to work with a small team and contractors
  • Highly customer service oriented
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to balance and prioritize tasks with a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Resourceful, driven attitude with a genuine desire and energy to use a “whatever it takes” approach to ensure team success.
